uubuzz Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the uubuzz platform and all services operated under it. By opening an account on the platform or starting to use any service, the user is considered to have given full consent to these Terms. If you disagree with any term, you are requested to refrain from using the service.

01 General Rules

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply equally to services provided through the uubuzz website, mobile application and all related digital channels. Users are permitted to use the service for their own personal, non-commercial purposes — use on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Age Requirement

All uubuzz services are for persons aged 21 or older only. At the time of registration, the user confirms that they are at least 21 years old. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be considered void.

1.3 Individual Responsibility

Each account is registered in the name of a distinct individual and may only be used by that individual. Transferring, renting or jointly using an account is strictly prohibited.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on uubuzz, the user must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information — including full name, active mobile number, date of birth and relevant details of the preferred payment method. Registration with incorrect or false information may result in the account being closed at any time.

2.2 Identity Verification

At any stage after registration, uubuzz may request a copy of the user's national ID card or passport to verify their identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until this verification process is completed.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address or payment method will be treated as a prohibited activity and all associated accounts will be closed.

03 Account Security

3.1 Password Protection

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. If there is any concern about unauthorized access to the account, the password must be changed immediately and the uubuzz support team must be notified.

3.2 Technical Security

uubuzz uses SSL encryption and modern data protection technology. However, uubuzz is not responsible for any loss caused by weaknesses in the user's own device or network.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on uubuzz can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank can be used. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After the request is verified, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Account Verification and Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the payment method that is registered in the user's own name and through which the deposit was made. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

05 Bonus and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

uubuzz offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus amount, bets worth 20 times the bonus amount must be placed — meaning a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagering. The bonus is never given as direct cash.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

uubuzz runs regular promotional offers, including the uubuzz Weekly Reload Joy (30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18x), uubuzz Slot Festival Reward (50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x), uubuzz Cricket Josh Bonus (40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 15x) and several other special offers. Specific terms and validity periods apply to each promotion.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• One account cannot claim the same promotion more than once, unless the terms of that promotion state otherwise.
• Bets placed with bonus funds before the wagering requirements are met will not be voided, but wagering will only be counted if bets are placed on eligible games.
• If a request is made to withdraw a bonus, uubuzz reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• Accounts may be closed in cases of fraudulent bonus claims.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on uubuzz are operated by certified software providers, using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to determine outcomes. There is no manual intervention in game results. If any user has a complaint about a game result, they may file a formal complaint through the support team.

6.2 Live Casino and Sports Betting Rules

Each game at a live casino table has its own betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. In sports betting, in-play betting may be available after an event has started, though the relevant odds are subject to change.

6.3 Game Errors

If an abnormal win occurs due to a technical error in a game, uubuzz reserves the right to cancel that round or the relevant session. In such cases, the user's original stake will be refunded.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on uubuzz:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using bots, automation software or any other artificial means to play games or place bets.
• Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or participating in money laundering activities.
• Collecting other users' information or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims or disputing transactions after a deposit.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they may inform the support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any pending winnings and eligible balance will be provided.

8.2 Closure by uubuzz

uubuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of terms, suspected fraud or prohibited activities. In such cases, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.

09 Personal Data and Privacy

uubuzz follows the guidelines set out in the Privacy Policy when collecting and processing users' personal data. Personal data is not sold to any third party, but may be shared with specific third parties where required by law or for identity verification purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

uubuzz recognizes that gambling is a form of entertainment but can become an addiction. 11 Technical Errors and Liability

11.1 Service Interruptions

uubuzz is not responsible for interruptions to account access or game sessions caused by technical errors, server outages or internet connectivity issues. However, if a bet's outcome is abnormally affected during an error, that bet will be cancelled and the original stake will be refunded.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

uubuzz's liability is limited solely to the actual funds held in the user's account. uubuzz is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or third-party damages.

12 Changes to Terms

uubuzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after a change is made will be taken as the user's acceptance of the new terms.
